Allegra DeCandia

Allegra is a pre-licensed mental health counselor on the LMHC track who is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and young adults with a diverse range of needs. She attended Gettysburg College, where she received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and competed as a collegiate athlete, before earning her Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and Behavioral Medicine from Boston University School of Medicine. 

Allegra gained clinical experience through internships in a variety of settings, including a partial hospitalization program where she facilitated groups for adults, before completing her second-year internship at the Wellness Center at Lexington Pediatrics. She enjoys working with individuals with a wide range of concerns and is particularly interested in supporting young athletes and individuals navigating periods of transition and change. 

In her free time, Allegra enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching sports (Go Yankees!), and skiing.
