Your Visit
We are glad to see you each time you visit us and will do all we can to make your visit pleasant. Our administrative staff will help you and direct you to where you need to be, either on the first floor or second floor of our facility.
Our medical staff of doctors and pediatric nurse practitioners work together as a team to bring you the best medical care possible; backed by the resources of Children's Hospital, Boston. We hope you enjoy your visit.
Scheduling Your Appointment
Please call us at 781-862-4110 and speak with one of our administrative staff. You can call to schedule an appointment any time that the office is open.
For same-day sick appointments, we offer a dedicated scheduling line from 8-8:30 am. Call during this time (or any other time during the day) if you would like your child seen that day.
Future non-urgent and well-appointments can be requested online by clicking here.
What to Bring
Please arrive a few minutes early to allow for parking and check in. Register at our Check-in Desk, first door on the right as you enter 19 Muzzey St. If you are a new patient, or your insurance has changed, you will be asked to fill out some forms.
Please bring your insurance card, co-payment if applicable (we accept cash, check, credit, or debit cards), and something to occupy your child if necessary to wait. We strive to keep wait times short, and our waiting and exam rooms clean, but children may be comforted by a familiar toy while waiting.
Has your insurance, address, or other contact information changed? Please let us know when you arrive. You can also update your contact information online.
Because of the prevalence of food allergies, we ask that you not feed children in the waiting or exam rooms (breastfeeding and bottles with formula are fine).
Parking
Parking restrictions are widely enforced in the area. Please come prepared with quarters and use on-the-street metered parking on Muzzey Street or use the metered spots at the Carey Memorial Library parking lot right behind us. There is another sizeable metered parking lot across Muzzey street from our building. Note: the parking spaces associated with our building are for physicians only. Please respect the parking restrictions of our business neighbors.

If before your visit, you haven't informed your insurance company that you selected one of our physicians as your primary care provider, your claim will be denied. Please select one of our providers as your PCP before your next visit.
