If there is an emergency, please call 911 first.
Lexington Pediatrics is open every day of the year, including weekends and holidays. You can schedule appointments in advance for routine physical exams ('checkups'), management of chronic conditions and medications, consultations, and sick visits on weekdays. On weekends and holidays, our office is open for same-day urgent visits. We also offer an evening clinic on several weekdays, and evening flu clinics in the winter.
Our office is open Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.
On weekends and holidays, the office is open for urgent care visits from 9 am - noon (no routine visits, referrals, or prescription refills). You can call in the morning to schedule a same-day appointment.
Our office is on holiday schedule and open for URGENT CARE VISITS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY on the following holidays from 9am to noon:

Phone lines are open from 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM for same-day weekday urgent and sick appointments. Please do not call during those times for other purposes.

Contacting Us After Hours
Call our main number (781 862-4110) after hours and you will be connected with an answering service who will help you to determine the best person to reach and will contact a LPA personnel for you. Medical staff are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
One of our doctors is always available by pager for emergencies; if you call during off hours, the answering service will assist you in contacting us.
It is better to contact our main number rather than to attempt to contact your physician directly.
Our answering service is available outside normal business hours. From 11:00pm - 7:00am our answering service is augmented by "Telecare", a Night Nurse triage service, to handle your medical concerns during these hours. One of our physicians is always on call and can be reached by either our answering service or Night Nurse at any time.

Lexington Pediatrics is located in historic Lexington Center at 19 Muzzey Street. One block north of the Waltham Street traffic light, Muzzey Street is a one-way street off of Massachusetts Avenue directly across from the Depot Square green.
